This site was made to help educate others about the paths to wellness and to provide quality
herbal supplements.
I believe that every plant, animal and Mother Earth as a whole, are the keepers of wisdom and wellness.
It is up to us as individuals to put their gifts to good use and relearn and achieve the harmony and balance, within ourselves and with others, that will keep us well.
Nature has provided us with all we need to survive and thrive, if we will only listen and accept it.
After being in the holistic field for many years, I think that online consulting is a very useful and important tool.
There are of course, limitations when it comes to the practice of physical/'hands on' therapies and analysis, but for everything else (health analysis, education, diet and lifestyle plans, coaching, providing supplements and much, much more) it can be very convenient and practical for everyone.
The client never has to leave home and can essentially reach me from anywhere they may be in or out of the country.
Whether you want to take control of your health, achieve balance, maintain fitness or simply learn about your body and it's needs, I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals.

Outside of the health and wellness field, I am a daughter, a student and researcher (always), a published artist, singer and writer at times, a blogger, a proud Native American, activist, lover of animals, nature, tea, music, books, movies, healthy cooking, organics, vegetarianism, law, investigations, forensics, mythology and folklore, literature, and a million other things.
