Replace the unhealthy, with the healthy by using:

Red or green peppers, cayenne, jalapenos, etc..

Healthy oils, like olive oil, coconut oil, flax seed oil, coconut butter, ghee, organic butter, etc..

Always buy organically grown foods!

Free range animals are healthier and have less fat content (even if you don’t eat meat, the dairy products are also healthier).
